As a participating vendor at Gamefiesta, you are required to adhere to the following guidelines:

 

You must submit a detailed list of all products and services you intend to offer at the event. Only the items on this approved list are permitted for sale. Any deviation without prior written approval will result in penalties.

 

Vendors are strictly prohibited from offering any products or services not previously approved. If you wish to introduce new items, they must be approved by the Gamefiesta organizers in advance.

 

Vendors are not permitted to sell any branded drinks, bottled water, or packaged beverages. The sale and distribution of branded beverages and water are strictly reserved for Gamefiesta sponsors and partners. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate penalties, including possible removal from the event.

 

Any vendor found selling unauthorized products or services will face immediate penalties, which may include fines, removal from the event, or a ban from future Gamefiesta events.

 

Gamefiesta reserves the right to revoke vendor participation without prior notice if any terms of this agreement are violated. This includes non compliance with the approved product list, failure to follow event guidelines, or any actions that negatively affect the event’s reputation or customer experience.

 

All vendors must maintain a professional and courteous demeanor throughout the event. Booths must be clean, organized, and visually presentable, reflecting the spirit of Gamefiesta. Failure to meet these standards may result in penalties.

 

All sales transactions are the responsibility of the vendor. Gamefiesta will not mediate disputes between vendors and customers regarding payments or refunds. However, in the event of a contract breach, Gamefiesta reserves the right to intervene and issue refunds where necessary.

 

Vendors must comply with all local health and safety regulations, including food safety standards, fire safety requirements, and general public safety practices. Violations may result in immediate removal from the event.

 

In the unlikely event that Gamefiesta is canceled or significantly modified, vendors will be notified as soon as possible. Refunds or alternative arrangements will be handled on a case by case basis.

 

Gamefiesta is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property during the event. Vendors are advised to take appropriate measures to secure their items.

 

A maximum of two vendors will be allowed per category. Each vendor stand includes one canopy, two tables, three chairs, and access for three representatives.

 

Vendors must arrive and set up within the designated setup period provided by the organizers. Late setup may result in restricted access and reduced support from the Gamefiesta team. Vendors are expected to be fully prepared before the event begins.
