All information provided during registration must be true and accurate.
Approved Products Only
Vendors may only sell items listed and approved in their application.
Health & Safety

Booth Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for their setup, equipment, staff, and cleanliness of their space throughout the event.
Prohibited Items
Illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate items are not allowed.
Liability
Game Fiesta organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury related to vendor activities.
Media Consent
Photos or videos taken during the event may be used for Game Fiesta promotions.
Compliance
Vendors must follow all event rules and instructions from organizers. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event.

Submitting the vendor form means you agree to these terms and conditions.
